Ask AI is built for that part of the workflow. It lets clinicians work with their notes and documents in a more direct way, using the context already inside Mena.
How it works
Ask AI is available inside the Mena web application, where clinicians are already working on consultations, dictations, and reports.
You can ask a question about a document, request a change, or ask Mena to create something new — such as a referral letter, patient instructions, or an email draft. Ask AI uses the relevant session context, including the document and transcript, so responses stay connected to the work in front of you.
Suggested document changes can be reviewed before they are applied. Other outputs, like referral letters or emails, can be saved separately and used outside the main note.
Ask AI can also be used with voice input for quick prompts, which makes it easier to request changes without breaking focus.
