About Mena

Mena Health is a Swiss company building AI-powered clinical documentation.

Our software listens during medical consultations and writes the notes in real time. It works across specialties, languages, and medical record systems, from general practice to nephrology to insurance medicine and beyond. Clinicians use Mena in clinic, on video calls, on ward rounds, and on home visits.

We are a founder-led team of engineers, clinicians, and advisors across Switzerland, Italy, and Serbia. The people who build the product are the people who run the company.

Our clinicians are not advisors at a distance. They co-build the product, shape every workflow, and use it with their own patients every day. We believe this is the only way to build clinical software that actually works: engineers and doctors in the same room, not separate ones.

Everything we build is hosted in Switzerland, private by default, and designed to disappear into the background of a consultation.

The goal is simple: clinicians and administration should spend their time on patients, not on paperwork.
