We come from startups and technology. When we first saw how healthcare moves information around, we couldn't unsee it. Clinicians spending hours on documentation. Notes typed after the patient has left. Critical information lost between systems, departments, and handoffs. Fax machines. All of this must work much, much better.
We believe the way information flows across healthcare is fundamentally broken. Between clinicians, between systems, between care settings. We want to fix that end to end, for both clinicians and the organizations they work in. That's the mission, and it's big and difficult enough to keep us busy for a long time.
We don't have a list of open positions. We have a way of working, and we're looking for people who recognize it as their own.
We are a small team and we intend to stay that way. We believe a small group of the right people will always outperform a large group of the wrong ones. We wear many hats. We give direction, not tasks. We don't do meetings that should have been a message. Most of our time goes into the work itself.
The people who thrive with us tend to have built something before. A product, a company, a brand, a market, a team - something that took a lot of intentional, careful thinking and many iterations. They've shipped things on their own and don't need anyone to tell them what to do next. They're usually ex-founders, or they think like one. They can't stop thinking about what they're working on.
We care deeply about craftsmanship. The way we write code, design interfaces, craft messaging, talk to customers, and bring a product to market. We'd rather do fewer things at a higher standard than more things at a lower one.
We are remote-first. We value deep focus, personal space, and synchronous collaboration when it counts. We compensate fairly.
If any of this sounds like you, reach out. No formal application needed. Tell us who you are and what you've built.
