Start with files

Some clinical assessments start with a conversation. Others start with a file.

Mena Report Mode is built for workflows where clinicians need to generate an assessment from existing material, such as uploaded documents, previous dictations, consultations, or other reports. In many cases, the right output depends on combining several sources of context rather than starting from scratch.

That is what makes Report Mode useful. It gives clinicians a simple way to bring together the information that matters and turn it into a usable assessment.

How it works

Mena Report Mode is designed to work with different kinds of clinical context.

Clinicians can upload files, add clinical context manually, and include relevant previous work from Mena, such as earlier dictations, consultations, or reports. This makes it possible to generate an assessment based on a fuller picture, not just one input.

Like the rest of Mena, Report Mode is designed to support documentation workflows in a practical way. It helps clinicians move from source material to a structured assessment more quickly, while keeping the broader workflow inside Mena.
